Organized by: Office of the Chief Science Advisor of Canada

The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated the importance of science in tackling crises and societal challenges. For many governments, the pandemic was also a reminder of the central role that science and technology should have in realizing a sustainable recovery, defining and leveraging strategic advantages, and forging critical alliances in a rapidly changing global landscape.

This panel brings together leaders from economies who have put science and technology at the heart of their post pandemic recovery plans and strategically positioned themselves for a greener, safer and more prosperous future.
