The Immigrant and International Women in Science (IWS) Network invites you to the panel “Generating a road map of strategies for immigrant women in STEM: moving forward to a better future”. We will introduce results from our recent survey, launched in 2020 among our members, to draw a clearer picture on the actual challenges and barriers that IWS settled in Canada face daily. With our proposed and well-designed panel composed of all leaders in different science workplace ecosystems (academia, industry and government), we will then focus on discussing the outcomes of the survey and strategies in overcoming these challenges.
Organized by Immigrant & International Women in Science Network (IWS Network)
