Passionate about evidence-based, collaborative governance, I’m leveraging my experience making change in complex environments to help Canadian institutions embed evidence in decision-making and implementation. Currently, I’m building a system and culture of evidence-based decision-making at the City of Brampton as an Organizational Performance Advisor, and support science policy advocates across Canada, such as Evidence for Democracy and the Toronto Science Policy Network.
