Dr. Kim Anderson is a Metis scholar with a PhD in history from the University of Guelph. She holds a Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Relationships and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition at the University of Guelph. Dr. Anderson has published seven books and over thirty peer reviewed articles on subjects including gender and Indigeneity, Indigenous health and well-being, Indigenous research methodologies and Indigenous knowledge transfer in urban settings.
