Ms. Cullins has also served the NRC as Executive Director, International Innovation Office and Director of International Partnerships and Programs with the NRC Industrial Research Assistance Program, Director of International Relations, and as a Business Development Officer with a focus on intellectual property management, licensing, collaboration and commercialization. Since 2012 Ms. Cullins has been National Program Coordinator for Canada’s associate membership in EUREKA. Before joining the NRC, Ms. Cullins engaged in business development with Canadian small and medium-sized businesses, and opened new markets for software system solutions in the areas of public safety and transportation in Europe, South Africa and Asia. She also worked for NCR/AT&T in its then marketing centre of excellence in London, UK. Ms. Cullins holds an MA in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, an MBA from Queen’s University, and an Honours Degree in Commerce. She is a Certified Management Accountant.
