Vince Hopkins is a Behavioural Scientist and Assistant Professor in the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan. He studies social policy—specifically, how to reduce poverty and inequality by making it easier for low-income and marginalized populations to access public services. Previously, Vince served as Senior Behavioural Scientist for the Government of British Columbia, and as Policy Analyst for the Government of Canada. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
